Very personable, approachable and open
My husband and I used the services of Sarah MacMurchy, Sales Representative with Team Gonin, to sell our first home. Sarah was excellent, and helped us out in any way she could, including cleaning up our backyard after the dogs when we forgot! She went out of her way to make sure that things ran smoothly for all of the agent open houses that she held, which she attended every weekend until our house sold, and took the time to keep us informed on feedback and progress of our sale. Incredibly responsive, supportive and knowledgeable
We recently had the pleasure of working with Team Gonin on the sale of our home. We chose Liliana and Debbie because we have workked with them in the past on our previous home sale and this latest experience reinforced why we keep choosing to work with them. They gave us advice in advance of selling about how to make a good sale. Then during the sale process they were flexible in scheduling meetings and did a lot of advance work so that our time was maximized. They also provided references for contractors as needed. Our house sold the day after it was put on the market for the price we asked for it, which means they were extremely accurate in their pricing. They are very knowledgeable about the Oakville market, particularly Oak Park, where we have lived for the past 6 years. With their help, we achieved a record high for the neighbourhood.
